Delivery

Parcels will generally be dispatched within 1-2 days of ordering, unless orders are placed after 11 am on a Friday or over the weekend in which case they will be dispatched on the following Monday, unless it is a bank holiday.

Parcels below 1.1kg will have a shipping charge of £4.80 and will be sent with Hermes Next Day.

Parcels up to 2kg will have a shipping charge of £6.20 and also be shipped with Hermes Next Day.

If you would rather use FedEx instead of Hermes there is that option when you check out. However we cannot use FedEx to deliver to Scottish Mainland, Highlands or Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly or the Channel Islands. 

Parcels between 2 and 10kg will have a shipping charge of £8.50 and be sent on a Next Working Day with FedEx.

Parcels between 10 and 25kg will have a shipping charge of £20.00 and be sent on a Next Working Day with FedEx.

Parcels over 25kg will be broken down into seperate parcels and sent as one consignment with on a Next Working Day with FedEx at a cost of £40. Where this is not practical boxes will be sent on a pallet.

Items purchased to be shipped into the EU will have a cost of £80 and be shipped using the TNT road service which can take up to a week (or months in this post-brexit world). Items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges, we are not responsible for these charges. 

All local taxes and customs clearing are the responsibility of the customer, including import taxes and VAT or equivalent taxes.
